1 Jeanne Anderson appeals a judgment affirming a Labor and Industry Review Commission decision that American Materials Corporation had not fired Anderson in retaliation for her complaints about sexual harassment or because of her medical needs. The Commission cross-appeals two orders denying its motion to dismiss the case for Andersons failure to comply with filing deadlines. We conclude Anderson failed to timely file her petition for review in circuit court. Accordingly, we reverse the judgment and orders and remand to the circuit court with directions to dismiss the petition.
